Authors who publish with the Frontiers in Management and Social Insights retain the copyright of their work. The journal allows authors to maintain ownership while granting the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and display the work in any format or medium.

2. Author Responsibilities

Authors must ensure that their submissions are original, and they hold the necessary rights to grant publication permissions. Any use of third-party material in a submission must be properly credited, and authors must obtain all required permissions for copyrighted content. The journal is not responsible for copyright infringement by authors.

3. License Agreement

Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign a publishing agreement that grants the Journal of Management and Social Insights the right to publish the article under a Creative Commons License (CC BY-NC 4.0 or other relevant license).

4. Open Access Policy

The journal follows an open-access policy, ensuring that published content is freely available to readers. This supports knowledge dissemination and broader academic engagement.

5. Self-Archiving and Repository Policy

Authors are encouraged to share their published articles in institutional repositories or on personal websites, acknowledging the original publication in the journal. Preprints and accepted versions may also be archived with proper citation.

6. Plagiarism and Misconduct

The journal employs plagiarism detection tools to verify the originality of submissions. Any detected plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in rejection or retraction of the article.
